❤ My first veggie burger ❤

Lately, I said that I had already done me so many things in my little life as soon as I get tired and I would not find anything to tell here.
But now, my new way of life that is more natural, allow me again to try new things and make small dreams that almost cost a nothing like imagining and eating my first vegetarian burger.
This burger was a hit at home and I'm surprised myself.
In the afternoon at the fair rattle in Chateaubriant, I bought five rolls for organic and local hamburger sold by the baker on his stand.
It was a good time but I know that next time I would do the homemade rolls, it is stronger than me, I like to cook all my meals from scratch
For this burger, I began by inventing a vegetarian steak that looks like a meat steak to deceive the minds of my children and it worked well.
I reveal the recipe but I warn you, this veggie burger is very stodgy so I recommend eating lunch rather to take a whole day without feeling hungry.

Ingredients and step by step:
- Make a vegetarian steak based lenses, chickpeas, 7 vegetables, 1 egg, flour, Gruyère, onions and nuts for the oven.
- Put a little cheese (home here) on a wafer and then some sesame seeds and cheese.
- Put the steak between two loaves and place in oven.
- Serve with a good salad.
